We currently do not offer returns or exchanges. If an item for some reason arrives broken or faulty, please e-mail us at info@chokedbyroro.com and we will resolve that for you. All SALE items are FINAL SALE and can't be cancelled, returned or exchanged

CANCEL AN ORDER

Since our jewelry is made-to-order we accept cancellations within 1 hour of placing your order. After 1 hour, we've already started working on your order and we won't be able to cancel it.
